Dr. Alice Gong is the current vice chair of the Texas Collaborative for Healthy Mothers and Babies (TCHMB). I spoke with Dr. Gong to learn more about her achievements and dedication to improving the health and well-being of newborns.
This 2-Day course is designed to provide interactive in-depth skills and knowledge about Placenta Accreta Spectrum (PAS) to healthcare teams: sonographers, nurses, and physicians who care for pregnant patients and may encounter PAS.
The TCHMB-produced video, “MEWS: A Simple Alogorithm for Reducing Maternal Mortality and Morbidity, has been awarded second place in the Council on Patient Safety in Women’s Health Care’s National Improvement Video Challenge.

The Texas Collaborative for Healthy Mothers and Babies (TCHMB) is accepting applications for the position of Data Subcommittee Co-Chair (2 positions). The co-chairs will also be members of the TCHMB Executive Committee. Applications are due by by February 15, 2019.
